Terms of Service DevPulse Press
Last updated: May 26, 2026
These Terms of Service govern access to and use of DevPulse Press, a creator workflow service for preparing and publishing short AI-assisted vertical videos. By using the service, you agree to these terms.
Service Description
DevPulse Press helps authorized creators create short video concepts, generate or manage video files, and upload videos to connected creator accounts. TikTok functionality uses TikTok Login and TikTok's Content Posting API only after the creator grants OAuth permission.
Eligibility and Account Authorization
- You may connect only TikTok accounts that you own or are authorized to manage.
- You are responsible for maintaining control over your connected platform accounts.
- You may revoke platform access through the connected platform's account settings.
Acceptable Use
- Do not upload illegal, misleading, harmful, infringing, deceptive, or unauthorized content.
- Do not use DevPulse Press to impersonate others or violate privacy, publicity, copyright, trademark, or other rights.
- Do not attempt to bypass TikTok policies, rate limits, review requirements, or platform safety rules.
- Comply with TikTok's Terms of Service, Community Guidelines, API rules, and all applicable laws.
AI-Generated Content
Videos created with AI assistance may need to be labeled as AI-generated or synthetic content depending on platform rules and the content itself. You are responsible for reviewing generated content before publication and ensuring that captions, titles, and labels are accurate.
Publishing and Availability
Uploads may fail or be delayed because of platform review, API limits, account settings, network errors, or service maintenance. DevPulse Press is provided on an as-is and as-available basis and may be changed, paused, or discontinued.
Content Ownership and Responsibility
You retain responsibility for the content you submit, generate, upload, or publish. You grant DevPulse Press permission to process prompts, files, titles, descriptions, and related metadata only as needed to operate the creator workflow.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DevPulse Press is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, revenue, platform access, or audience reach arising from use of the service.
